	it isn’t built to grow Peaceful Foundation
	it’s built to make it unnecessary
	the structure becomes a shared layer
	a quiet substrate that anyone can use

	it doesn’t belong to any group
	and it doesn’t depend on servers, funding, or leadership
	it just keeps running — simple, distributed, and whole

	Peaceful Foundation builds the first version
	then lets it stand on its own
	it becomes part of the background of the world
	a network that connects people through doing, not achievement

	this is the last thing the Foundation needs to make
	because after this, the system looks after itself

to propose, discuss, and improve ideas that make life better where they live, and lend their skills around the world, too
